7. Legal Bases for Processing
If you are located in a jurisdiction where a legal basis is required for processing personal information, such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process personal information based on one or more of the following legal bases:
- performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide the Services you request;
- legitimate interests, such as improving the Services, ensuring security, preventing fraud, responding to inquiries, and maintaining service functionality;
- consent, where required by law, including for personalized advertising, app tracking permission, push notifications, or certain device permissions;
- compliance with legal obligations, such as tax, accounting, consumer protection, platform, or legal request obligations.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time through your device settings, in-app privacy settings where available, or by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.
8. Advertising
The Services may include advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdMob or other advertising partners.
Advertising partners may collect or process information from your device to show advertisements, provide rewarded advertisements, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and invalid traffic, limit ad frequency, and provide contextual or personalized advertisements where permitted by law and your choices.
Depending on your region and device settings, you may be asked for consent before personalized advertising or app tracking is enabled. If you decline or withdraw consent, you may still see advertisements, but they may be less relevant to your interests.
You can manage certain advertising preferences through your device settings, including limiting ad tracking, resetting your advertising identifier, disabling personalized ads, managing app tracking permission on iOS, and changing Google advertising settings on Android.

10. App Store Ratings and Reviews
The App may use app store rating and review request features provided by Apple, Google, or other applicable app stores.
We may store limited local information on your device related to review request timing, such as whether a review request has recently been attempted. This helps avoid requesting reviews too frequently and improves user experience.
Whether a rating or review prompt is actually displayed is controlled by the applicable app store or operating system. We do not receive private information about whether you submitted a rating or review through the prompt, unless such information is made available publicly or through the applicable app store’s developer tools.
Ratings and reviews submitted through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other app stores are handled by the applicable platform and are subject to that platform’s terms and privacy policy.

Where required by applicable law, we will use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, such as contractual protections, standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or other legally recognized mechanisms.
15. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose of processing. For example, gameplay and settings data stored locally may be retained while the App remains installed or while necessary to provide the Services; customer support records may be retained for a reasonable period to handle follow-up inquiries, prevent abuse, and maintain business records; purchase records, if paid services are introduced, may be retained as necessary for purchase verification, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, and legal obligations; security logs may be retained as necessary to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, cheating, abuse, and security incidents; and anonymized or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely, provided it can no longer reasonably identify you.
When information is no longer necessary, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise process it in accordance with applicable law.
16. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
